One of the most powerful vacuum units available. Large 170 HP diesel engine powers the tri-lobe Roots blower to create a near-complete vacuum. Commonly used by contractors blasting with expendable media. The advantage of the VecLoader is that it is a completely self-contained unit that doesn’t require any external power source. The diesel motor not only powers the blower but also an air compressor for cartridge cleaning, and powers the hydraulics for elevating the hopper. This is a benefit on-site with reduced plant movement. Generates a 2,367 CFM vacuum and 28” HG of suction and the cyclone/dust collector raises hydraulically to allow the loading of waste material into bulk bags or into a dumpster. Caution needs to be exercised with locating the unit for operation. The blower creates high-volume noise and should be located at a distance from residential or office areas.
