Manufactured to BlastOne’s stringent specifications, the SupaFlex hose provides excellent handling in precision blasting tasks, particularly when used as a whip hose in shorter setups or for navigating tight spaces. 

Key construction elements include a natural rubber liner, reinforced with carbon black for static dissipation and safety, and a TuffRap™ outer cover engineered for exceptional durability and wear resistance. With a minimum pressure rating of 175 psi and a 3:1 safety factor, this 2-ply hose meets the demands of rigorous abrasive blasting environments. 

Performance and Applications: 

• Lightweight and flexible design minimizes operator fatigue during extended use or intricate blasting tasks. 
• Designed to be used as a whip hose or integrated into longer setups. If you need to run blast-hose longer than 50 feet, we recommend adding heavy wall extension hoses.
• Rule of thumb: Always use a blast hose with an ID at least three times larger than the nozzle size to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
