Clemco TLR-100 / TLR-300 control systems are the standard deadman equipment used in most Clemco Classic series blast machines.  They are essential for providing safe operation when blasting, being used to de-energize the blast hose in case of accidental dropping by the operator.  These valves operate pneumatically and are used with pressure-release blast pots.

These aftermarket valves shown here have been selected for their cost savings potential when the TLR control system needs serviced. The primary components include:

• Inlet Valves.  Available in either 1" or 1-½".
• Outlet Valves.  These 1" valves are available in either a piston type (standard) or a diaphragm type (used when blasting with fine-mesh or aggressive medias).
• Abrasive Trap.  Helps reduce wear on the other control system components.

Each of the components are rebuildable with service kits as well as individual replacement parts available.
