Graco Stellair Hoses have been redesigned to optimize the ergonomic benefit of the new Graco Stellair and Stellair ACE Air Spray Guns.  

Key Features:

  • Improved flexibility!  In keeping with the Stellair emphasis on ergonomics, the Stellair air hoses have been changed to 5/16″ (versus the 3/8″ for the AirPro and other conventional hoses) to reduce spraying effort. The PSI rating is unchanged at 100PSI.  The fluid hoses are also unchanged at ¼” and 300PSI.  
  • New Design & Fitting options.  While both types have the new color scheme for the new Stellair series, the Stellair ACE hoses include new Quick Connect fittings to match the ACE gun. (Conventional hoses can also be used on the ACE using the adapter included with each new ACE gun).  The standard Stellair™ (non-ACE) 5/16″ air hoses are fitted with standard 1/4″ NSPM(f) air hose fittings for full compatibility with other air hoses in general use.
  • Available in Air Whip Hose and Fluid Whip Hose options.
  • Multiple length options from 6′ whips to 25′ (ACE) or 50′ (Stellair)
  • 25ft bundles available for added convenience.
  • Durable construction for long-lasting performance in industrial painting applications.
  • Both Fluid and Air hoses are conductive to reduce static risk.

The Graco Stellair Air Spray Hoses are engineered to deliver smooth and efficient performance when paired with Graco Stellair and Stellair ACE Air Spray Guns. Available in Air and Fluid options, these hoses provide reliable airflow and fluid transfer for professional-grade spray applications. 

Available Hose Options & Lengths 

Air Hose – Designed to provide consistent air delivery for controlled atomization. 

Fluid Whip Hose – Ensures smooth and steady fluid transfer for precise spray application. 

Fittings:

  • Stellair™ air hoses have conventional 1/4" NPS(f) fittings and 3/8" NPS(f) fluid fittings.  These hoses can be used with Graco AirPro guns and also on Stellair ACE guns (if using the adapter provided with each new ACE gun)
  • Stellair ACE air hoses have 1/4" Quick Connect fittings with a 1/8" QC fluid fittings to match the ACE hose ports.  These hoses can be used only with Stellair ACE guns.
