Enviro-Prep® Premium (MPN: 33010 | SKU: CHENVIROPREPP) is a specialized, water-based lead abatement coating formulated to convert hazardous lead-based paint into non-leachable waste suitable for disposal in Subtitle D landfills. Designed with industrial use in mind, this product delivers reliable performance across a wide range of substrates including steel structures, pipelines and ship decks. 

This pH-neutral solution stabilizes lead on contact, ensuring compliance with environmental standards by passing both TCLP and SPLP leachability tests when applied at the recommended wet mil thickness. Because it's non-hazardous, Enviro-Prep® Premium reduces regulatory burdens and lowers waste disposal costs. 

Application note: This product must be applied using a spray tip size of 19 or larger, and all filters must be removed from spray guns and equipment before use. This is essential for proper flow, atomization, and product effectiveness. 

The product is sold in 5-gallon pails, with a full skid consisting of 36 pails (180 gallons)—ideal for large-scale remediation projects. It requires no surface prep, adheres easily, and can be removed by grit blasting, vacuum blasting, or mechanical removal. Cleanup is fast with water, and its low-VOC formula supports safer work environments.
