Using upgraded ultrasonic technology, the redesigned DeFelsko PosiTest® PC Powder Thickness Gauge introduces a faster and easier way to measure the thickness of uncured powder coatings. Ready for operation right out of the box, it suits the fast-paced needs of industrial settings, offering measurement speeds up to four times faster than before, which is particularly beneficial for processes involving moving lines or parts.

The gauge's simplicity is one of its key features, requiring no calibration for most types of powder, thereby reducing preparation time. It has the capacity to hold 999 readings, enabling comprehensive coverage and analysis of surface areas. These readings can be easily downloaded for review and reporting, thanks to compatibility with PosiSoft Desktop Software.
