The DeFelsko® PosiTest® AT Pull-Off Adhesion Testers (SKU: P-INDAT) are the ultimate solution for evaluating coating adhesion on various substrates. The PosiTest AT series is available in two versions:

  • Manual: Economical and robust, equipped with a hydraulic pump, new display, and internal memory to store up to 200 pulls. It supports integration with PosiSoft Desktop for data management.
  • Automatic: Effortless and consistent, featuring an advanced hydraulic pump that minimizes user influence. With internal memory for up to 100,000 pulls in 1,000 batches, it integrates seamlessly with PosiSoft Desktop, PosiSoft.net, and the PosiTector app.

Both versions are adaptable for various applications with interchangeable dolly configurations:

  • 20mm: For higher bond strength coatings on metals
  • 50mm: For lower bond strength coatings on concrete, wood, and plastics
  • 50x50mm Tiles: Ideal for cementitious adhesives used in tile applications
  • 50mm C1583: For concrete surfaces and overlays

The PosiTest AT’s self-aligning dolly mechanism ensures accurate results on uneven surfaces, while its IP65-rated enclosure guarantees durability in harsh conditions. With features like a selectable pull rate and comprehensive data storage, this tester is suitable for both field and laboratory use. Each tester is supplied as a complete kit, including the selected instrument, dollies, batteries, a lightweight carrying case, and a calibration certificate traceable to NIST.
