Operators must ensure the use of proper personal protective equipment and NIOSH-approved respirators for safe operation. 

1.0 CF Pot: The Clemco Classic Model 1042 HP is a 1 cubic foot blast machine that holds up to 100 lbs. of abrasive media, making it a versatile choice for small to medium-sized projects. It comes equipped with a Manual Sand Valve (MSV) for precise abrasive flow control, and its compact size makes it easy to transport. The included TLR-50 remote control system enhances operator safety by allowing start/stop control at the nozzle, while the pressure-release feature ensures the machine can be safely refilled. 

Both machines are ideal for removing rust, coatings, mill scale, and contaminants from surfaces, making them invaluable tools for industrial surface preparation. They are designed for durability and ease of use, with straightforward operation through a remote control handle at the nozzle.
