The workhead is the business end of a vacuum blaster. Various versions are available for different applications, including the following:

Standard / BNV-3
Standard / BNV-5
Large with wheels / BNV-6
Right Angle
- Designed to get into smaller areas

In addition to the above, the MiniBRS G2 Trigger Workheads are easier to handle than other versions. Features include the following:

Longer lasting brushes
More containment while blasting
Improved vacuum flow
Easier to slide head over surfaces while blasting
Available in either Electric or Pneumatic

For either series, various brushes can be mounted for different surface geometries, as follows:

BLAST N' VAC WORKHEAD COMPLETE KITS Typically used for blasting flat surfaces. Wheel attachments help improve productivity and capture of blast. Integrity of operation requires that operator keep the Brush Seals in contact with the work surface. This blast and vacuum tool has four wheels which help the operator keep a good seal on the surface. Uses an inner and outer set of replaceable brushes to provide a seal against the work surface. Applications: Use on dust sensitive projects where containment is not possible. Suitable for removal of toxic paints like lead. Specifications:

Blast and vacuum workheads attach to most standard blast machines
Requires a separate vacuum source to keep the workhead under negative pressure
Recovers abrasive and blast debris

G2 TRIGGER WORKHEADS

The pneumatic workhead requires clean air supply at a minimum of 55 psi
The electric workhead operates on a 12V or 25VDC supply voltage
