The Clemco Climate Controls for Apollo Respirators provide operators with enhanced comfort and safety by regulating airflow and temperature in abrasive blasting environments. From cooling and heating air to simple flow adjustments, these devices cater to a wide range of operator needs. Key Features:- Climate Control Tube (CCT): Adjustable airflow with both cooling and heating capabilities.
- Cool-Air Tube (CAT): Cools air by up to 50°F, ideal for hot environments.

Apollo respirators use a traditional 3-lens system for operator safety and convenience. BlastOne offers a complete line of both aftermarket (shown herein) and genuine OEM Clemco lenses.

Genuine OEM lenses (aka blast shields) help keep your Bullard 88 blast hood NIOSH compliant. The details on the various versions of are as follows:

In-Helmet communication systems make communication between a blaster/operator and other team members much easier and safer. RPB respirators are modular, meaning they can be upfitted with this option at any time. Several options available as follows:
- Z4 Comms-Link™ Upgrade Kit, includes noise-cancelling microphone, PTT button, and 15-848 padding kit for the Z4.
- Z-Link / T-Link Comms-Link™ Upgrade Kit, includes noise cancelling microphone, PTT button, and 16-520-S padding kit to fit either the Z-Link or T-Link.
- Z-Link / T-Link / Z4 Headset Package, includes noise-cancelling microphone and PTT button. This kit does not include padding, and assumes that it will be used with previously-installed padding. (If you need padding with the kit, purchase one of the Upgrade versions above. It can also be purchased separately - see Repair Parts list.)
- Nova 3 NovaTalk™ Upgrade Kit, including noise-cancelling microphone, PTT button, and padding for the Nova 3.
- Nova 2000 NovaTalk™ Upgrade Kit. Including noise-cancelling microphone, PTT button, and padding for the 2000.
- NovaTalk™ R-Tex Headset with PTT, designed for high-noise applications, such as Pot Tender or hole watch.

Climate control tubes / valves are essential for providing air flow to operators using supplied air respirators. The Bullard CCT's listed below work with all Bullard respirators, including GVX, 88vx, CC20, and more, and are equipped with Industrial Interchange (aka Hansen) fittings.
- F30 Constant Flow. Provides ambient air without cooling or flow adjustment.
- AC1000 Cool Tube: Cools incoming air by up to 30°.
- AC2400 Heat/Cool Tube: Both cools and heats incoming air by up to 30°.
- DC50 series DualCool®: When using the DC70 series cooling vest, the Dual Cool climate controller cools incoming air by up to 30° for both the respirator and the vest.
- Frigitron® 2000: For use with Free Air pump, cools air by up to 20°.

The Nova series of respirators offer the Nova Talk in-helmet communication system. This system requires a cable to connect your specific 2-way radio to the helmet.
