Portable Sponge-Jet recyclers are specially designed to reduce abrasive costs and increase sustainability when sponge blasting. Equipment highlights as follows:
- Size options:
- 35 series - supports up to two 100HP or 170 Series feed units.
- 50 series - supports the B-Vac integrated system. (Rarely used as a stand-alone unit.)
- 70 series - supports up to two 470 Series feed units.
- Screening:
- All units come with 2 screens. The 70 series offers an optional 3rd screen for enhanced recycling control. (The 70 series units pictured here are 2 screen units.)

- Steel Grit Trailers are highly transportable and commonly used for bridge blasting and water tank painting contractors.
- The system incorporates a powerful diesel powered vacuum system, interceptor cyclone system, abrasive classifier, storage hopper and blast machines.
- Different size systems are available ranging from 2 blast pots to 8 blast pot systems and is mounted on a low deck 53 foot trailer.
- Up to 12 ton/hour of steel grit
