IPC3001The deflection tip in the ConeBlast Jr. internal pipe blaster is responsible for ensuring an even blast pattern. The abrasive stream hits the tip and fans out in a 360° pattern. It is subject to high wear and is a common replacement part. Additional details:- Application: This tip works only in the ConeBlast Jr., not the larger ConeBlast version.

The blast nozzle for the ConeBlast Internal Pipe Blaster is a key element in controlling the volume of air/abrasive flow. It is subject to high wear and is a common replacement part. Additional details:
- Sizes. Two sizes are available, depending on the capacity of your compressed air source.
- BNAFR8 requires 250CFM
- BNARF10 requires 400CFM
- (The size variants are interchangeable.)
- Construction. These nozzles are made from tungsten carbide. For large pipe-cleaning projects, contact us for options on longer-life versions.
- Sizes. Two sizes are available, depending on the capacity of your compressed air source.

- Blasts in a 360 degree pattern
- Units come standard with Tungsten Carbide deflector tip
- Select the unit that will best match your Air Supply:
- IPC4000, 1/2" Throat Nozzle: 250 cfm
- IPC4500, 5/8" Throat Nozzle: 400 cfm
- Order Transport Carriages separately as follows:
- IPC4100, Collar and Button, for 3"-5" ID
- IPC4200, Scissor, for 5"-12" ID
- Requires BSP (not NPT) threaded coupling to attached to standard blast hose coupling, part number HFSTC1BSP, available here or under the repair parts tab below.

These medium thread nozzles have a longer venturi than the BNAT nozzle series, making them ideal for use in our RotorBlast internal pipe blaster (when blasting pipe 12" in diamater or greater). Available in multiple orifice sizes. When using them in pairs (like when using in the RotorBlast), be sure to calculate your compressor CFM size requirement accordingly.
