Nozzle gaskets (aka nozzle washers) help reduce static electricity and nozzle wear. Below is information on the various types:
- Brass or Aluminum nozzle holders.
- For Medium thread (¾"), use HFGFBSP / NW-1.
- For Contractor thread (2"), use HFGFBLP / NW-3.
- For Fine thread (1-¼"), use HFGFBMP / NW-4.
- Nylon nozzle holders.
- For 1" (Narrow) Nozzle throat, use HFG25P / NW-25.
- For 1-¼" (Wide) Nozzle throat, use HFG32P / NW-32.
- Brass or Aluminum nozzle holders.

The Blast Hose Quick Coupling (QC) Fittings (SKU: P-HFQC) are 2-claw quick-connect couplings designed for secure, efficient connections between blast hoses or metering valves. Available in Brass, Aluminum, Steel, and Nylon, with Standard and MegaMax options, these unthreaded couplings deliver compatibility and performance for abrasive blasting systems.

- Design: Unthreaded for blast hoses only; threaded couplings sold separately.
- Threaded QC fittings are used on the metering valve outlet, and can be found HERE.
- Standard and MegaMax Versions: MegaMax offers full-flow design for increased PSI in high-production blasting.
- NOTE: MegaMax and Standard couplings require an adapter to fit together
- Sizes: Compatible with Q1, Q-1, Q2, Q-2, Q3, Q-3, Q4, Q-4, Q6, Q-6 industry sizes. Safety: Use with coupling lock pins and whipchecks.
