  • 0.5 and 1.0 CF Models – Compact and Efficient

The 0.5 CF (1028 series) and 1.0 CF (1042 series) models are compact blast machines tailored for smaller-scale projects. They offer essential features, including a Manual Sand Valve (MSV) for precise abrasive control, and are built to handle slag and mineral abrasives (not suited for fine-mesh or glass abrasives). These models come equipped with TLR-50 remote controls, ensuring safe operation by allowing start/stop functionality directly at the nozzle. Their compact design and portability make them ideal for industrial applications in tight spaces.
  • 3.0 CF and 6.0 CF Models – Enhanced Capacity and Versatility

For larger-scale projects, Clemco’s 3.0 CF (1648 series) and 6.0 CF (2452 and 2024 series) machines offer increased abrasive capacity and advanced configurations. Available in both pressure-release and pressure-hold options, these models can be customized with various metering valves—such as the FSV, MQV, AQV, and Grit Wizard—for precise media flow control. The Contractor series adds further convenience with built-in mobility, storage for tools, and enhanced protective features. These larger machines can be configured with a full accessory package, including respirators, blast hoses, and breathing air systems.
