Although not as commonly used as other filter types, styrofoam paint arrestor filters have some unique advantages.  In certain industrial and automotive applications, they provide necessary filtration while reducing disposal costs. These exhaust filters help protect your booth's components, prevent contamination, and ensure a cleaner working environment, extending the lifespan of your equipment and reducing downtime. Styrobaffle® paint booth exhaust filters, featuring a 3-stage baffle construction, reduce static pressure while maintaining superior filtration efficiency. Made from styrofoam, these filters are self-supporting and uniquely capable of shrinking when immersed in used paint solvents, reducing filter waste.  Pre-filters and/or HEPA post-filters are also available for extended filter life and/or enhanced air cleanliness.
