Clemco TLR 50 / TLR 300 Pneumatic Complete Control Systems

Clemco remote control systems provide OSHA required deadman safety for abrasive blasting operations.  The complete systems in this section are for pressure-release pneumatic systems, and include the following:

• RLX deadman handle
• Choice of outlet valves (TLR-300 series only)
• Inlet valve
• Abrasive trap
• 50' coupled twinline control hose

• Control Systems without Abrasive Cut-off Switch (ACS)
  • For blast machines with ½" piping:

    • Both versions also include a new AQV quantum metering valve.

Notes:  

• Diaphragm outlet valves are recommended when using aggressive or fine-mesh abrasives.
• The optional Abrasive Cut-off System allows the operator to conveniently stop abrasive flow with the flip of a switch, thereby allowing the blast hose to be used as an air hose. Makes blowing-off the surface easy!
• These are pneumatically-operated control systems.  Clemco electric pressure-release remote control systems are also available, which are recommended when blasting at over 100' from the pot and/or when blasting in cold weather where control-line freeze-up is a concern.  An anti-freeze injector is also available to mitigate freeze up concerns.
• Legacy TLR-100 systems for blast machines with 1" piping are no longer available as complete systems.  Individual components and repair parts are still available.
