The Clemco Apollo 600 Blast Helmets are engineered to provide respiratory protection and comfort for operators engaged in abrasive blasting. This type CE, continuous-flow, supplied-air respirator helmet is designed for use with a compressed air source, delivering a steady flow of clean air to the operator.

• Durable Blast Helmet Design: The single-shell, full-helmet design of the Clemco Apollo 600 protects operators from rebounding abrasives and impact hazards commonly encountered on job sites. The heavy-duty grey cape extends protection to the neck, shoulders, and chest to protect against abrasive rebound.
• Adjustable Fit: Equipped with an adjustable web suspension system, the helmet fits head sizes from 6.5 to 8. An adjustable chin strap ensures the helmet stays securely in place during operation, providing comfort and stability.
• Panorama Vision: The Apollo 600 Blast Hood features a wide, full-view window that offers an unobstructed 180-degree view of the work area. The innovative three-lens system includes a replaceable fixed inner lens, an intermediate lens, and up to three perforated outer lenses, protecting the operator’s vision while maintaining a clear view of the task at hand.

  • Climate-Control Tube (CCT).  Top-of-the-line comfort offering both heating and cooling capability.
  • Cool-Air Tube (CAT).  Sturdy, repairable metal construction for environments where no heat is needed.
  • Clem-Cool (CCAC).  Economical plastic design provides cool air comfort when repairability is not needed.
  • Air-Control Valve (ACV).  Adjustable ambient air control.
  • Constant-Flow Connection (CFC).  Least costly ambient air breathing air connection with fixed flow.

• Pressure types:
  • High-Pressure (HP), offers all air control options.  Uses standard 3/8" breathing air line and compressed air.
  • Low-Pressure (LP), is available with the Constant Flow Connection (only).  Uses 1/2" breathing air line and is intended for use with an ambient air pump that is capable of providing between 7-15 CFM (at 8-12 PSI).
