The Bullard Clean Air Box (CAB) is designed to provide reliable and safe breathing air for workers, supporting OSHA's stringent requirements for providing Grade D breathing air. This advanced system features a 3-stage filtration process along with carbon monoxide (CO) monitoring, ensuring the highest levels of air purity and safety. 

Filtration Stages: 

• First Stage: The first stage of filtration removes solid contaminants and bulk liquids from the breathing air, filtering down to five microns. This step is crucial for prolonging the life of the second and third stage elements, ensuring consistent performance and efficiency. 
• Second Stage: In the second stage, the system removes extremely fine oil mists down to 0.01 microns. The filter efficiency at this stage is an impressive 99.9998%, significantly reducing the presence of oil mists in the breathing air. 
• Third Stage: The third stage targets unpleasant oil and hydrocarbon vapors and odors, removing them from the air. The remaining oil content after this stage is as low as 0.003 ppm by weight, with a filter efficiency of 99.9998%. 

The Bullard Clean Air Box is designed to accommodate single or multiple users, with or without independent regulators, offering flexibility to suit various applications and needs. It is available in both portable and fixed options, making it versatile for different work environments.
