Diesel - Unit is supplied full, if tank is not full the customer will be charged $6.95/gallon $6.95/gal
UNITS MUST BE RETURNED EMPTY OF DUST or cleaning charge will be added to invoice. To do this the units must be pulsed for 10 hours with compressed air supply attached, engine on idle and fan disengaged. Once pulsing is complete the unit must be augured out and completely emptied of dust. To achieve this, the customer may have to go into the DC and vacuum/sweep out
For rental projects involving ventilation of hazardous dust, a new set of filter cartridges MAY have be purchased. Sometimes this will be mandated by the EPA overseeing that job. These remain the property of the renter and must be removed prior to returning the Dust Collector to Blast-One. When Blast-One receives the Dust Collector back, we will conduct a test for hazardous waste test. If levels are high, the customer will be required to purchase the filters and pay for disposal

GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS

  • Minimum 2 weeks rental. Some equipment is minimum 1 month.
  • Time Out equals Time Charged (i.e. from moment equipment leaves BlastOne yard to the moment it comes back). No Off-Rent / Dry Rent.
  • Rental Prices are ex-warehouse. Transport In/Out costs and loading costs (i.e. cranes, etc.) is additional.
  • Signed acceptance of rental conditions is required prior to equipment shipping.
  • All rentals are also subject to BlastOne Standard Terms & Conditions of Sale
  • If the rental is to be on credit terms, Customer must have signed a BlastOne Credit
  • Application and had it approved prior to the commencement of any rental. If an approved Credit Application does not exist, a credit card needs to be provided.
  • The price listed for any equipment which has a Diesel engine is based on usage of 8 Equipment Hours/day (24 Hour Rental Period), 40 Equipment Hours/week (7 Day Rental Period), or 160 Equipment Hours/month (28 Day Rental Period). Any additional usage to this is charged at a per hour cost.
  • Prices are exclusive of any Sales Tax – this will be added to the invoice unless a tax exemption form is submitted to BlastOne.
  • All quoted pricing is subject to verification upon an official Purchase Order.
  • Availability of equipment is subject to in-hand commitments.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR SPECIFIC EQUIPMENT

STANDARD CLEANING CHARGES
It is the renter’s responsibility to return the equipment to BlastOne in its original state (less normal wear and tear), cleaned and free of any abrasive/dust, etc. There will be a charge if the equipment is not returned in the required state. Some equipment has a standard cleaning fee charged at the commencement of the rental regardless of state returned– see below.
This is because BlastOne has to perform extensive cleaning once the equipment has been returned regardless of how clean the equipment is.

Diesel/Fuel If a diesel powered unit is rented, BlastOne supplies the unit full of Diesel. It is the renter’s responsibility to return BlastOne with a full tank of fuel. If the tank is not full, the amount of diesel used to fill the tank full is charged onto the customer$7.95 per gallon

ONSITE SERVICE CHARGES
Sometimes BlastOne will be called to site to do maintenance/service work on rental equipment. In the case of the renters inattention/inexperience a service call will be chargeable (if it is not the equipment or BlastOne’s fault).
